بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

إنَّ الْحَمْدَ لِلَّهِ نَحْمَدُهُ، وَنَسْتَعِينُهُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُهُ، وَنَعُوذُ بِاللَّـه مِنْ شُرُورِ أَنْفُسِنَا وَمِنْ سَيِّئَاتِ أَعْمَالِنَا، مَنْ يَهْدِهِ اللَّهُ فَلَا مُضِلَّ لَهُ، وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلَا هَادِيَ لَهُ. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ. وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
"يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ"

"يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ
وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا".

"يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا * يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا"

أَمَّا بَعْدُ:

فَإِنَّ أَصْدَقَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ، وَخَيْرَ الْهَدْيِ هَدْيُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَشَرَّ الْأُمُورِ مُحْدَثَاتُهَا، وَكُلَّ مُحْدَثَةٍ بِدْعَةٌ، وَكُلَّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلَالَةٌ، وَكُلَّ ضَلَالَةٍ فِي النَّارِ.

ثم أَمَّا بَعْدُ:
مما عمت به البلوى اختلاط الحابل بالنابل ، والصحيح بالسقيم ، والسنة بالبدعة ، لذا لزم التنبيه على الأخطاء الشائعة ، ولزم الإرشاد للطريق القويم .
ومما احتيج إليه الإرشاد إلى المشروع في شهر رجب ، والتحذير مما ابْتُدعَ فيه ، وذلك عن طريق الدليل الصريح الصحيح بفهم سلف الأمة ؛ مع الإرشاد للطريق الوحيد للخلاص من البدع وآثارِها السيئة ، وهو الاعتصام بالكتاب والسنة اعتقادًا وعلمًا وعملًا .
فالبدع في حقيقتها سمٌّ ناقعٌ قاتل ، فهنيئًا لمن وفقه اللهُ في عبادته لاتباع السنة ولم يخالطها ببدعة .
جعلنا الله من المتبعين للسنة كيفما دارت ، والمتباعدين عن الأهواء حيثما مالت ، إنه خير مسؤول ، وأعظم مأمول .
نسأل الله التوفيق لما يحب ويرضى .، وصلى الله تعالى وسلَّم على نبيه وعبده ، وعلى آله وصحبه . آمين.

عند رؤية هلال كل شهر

قال الإمام الحافظ محمد بن عيسى بن سَوْرَةَ الترمذيّ في سننه :
حدثنا محمد بن بَشَّارٍ ، قال : حدثنا أبو عامرٍ العَقَدِيُّ ، قال حدثنا سليمانُ بن سُفيانَ المدِينيُّ ، قال : حدثني بلالُ بن يحيى بن طلحةَ بن عُبيدِ اللهِ ، عن أبيه ، عن جَدِّه طلحةَ ابن عُبيدِ اللهِ ؛أنَّ النَّبيَّ صلَّى اللَّهُ علَيهِ وسلَّمَ كانَ إذا رَأى1 الهلالَ قالَ اللَّهمَّ أهلِلهُ علَينا باليُمنِ2، والإيمانِ3، والسَّلامَةِ4، والإسلامِ5، ربِّي وربُّكَ اللَّهُ6"سنن الترمذي / تحقيق الشيخ الألباني / 45 ـ كتاب : الدعوات / 51 ـ باب : ما يقول عند رؤية الهلال / حديث رقم : 3451 / ص : 784 / صحيح .

1 - قوله :كانَ إذا رَأى الهلالَ : وهو ـ أي الهلال ـ يكون من الليلة الأولى والثانية والثالثة ، ثم هو قمر .
2 - "اللَّهمَّ أهلِلهُ علَينا باليُمنِ" أي أطلعه علينا مقترنًا بالبركة .
3 - " والإيمان " : أي بدوام الإيمان .
4 - " والسلامة " : أي ـ السلامة عن كل مضرة وسوء
5 - " والإسلام " : أي بدوامه .
6- " ربِّي وربُّكَ اللَّهُ " لما توسل به ـ أي بالهلال ـ لطلب اليمن والإيمان ، دل على عظم شأن الهلال ، فقال "ربِّي وربُّكَ اللَّهُ " تنزيهًا للخالق أن يُشارك في تدبير ما خلق .

Having said:

The most honest talk is the Book of God, and good guide is guided by Mohamed "peace be upon him", And the evil of things is novelty, and every novelty is a fad, and every fad is a stray, And every stray in the fire "hell". And after then:

From what Al-Balawi have been doing It just mixed the good with bad, and the right one with the sick one, and the sunnah with the innovation, so you need to be alerted to common mistakes, and to be necessary guidance to the right way.

And which for to needed be guided to the legitimate in The Month of Rajab, and the warning of what he was invented in, and that is through the right frank evidence to understand the advance of the nation, with guidance for the only way to salvation of innovations and their bad effects, And it is the sit-in in the book and the Sunnah in belief and knowledge and work.

Innovation is really a deadly poison, so congratulations to those who have been blessed by God in his worship to follow the Sunnah and did not mix with it with innovation.

God made us from follower of the sunnah Whatever it turns out to be, and those who are far from the whims wherever they are, it is the best responsible, and the greatest hope.
