شبهة والرد عليها
قد يقول قائل: تخصيص شهر رجب بصيام من باب " السنة الحسنةلقول الرسول ـ صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم ـ " من سن في الإسلام سنة حسنة فله أجرها وأجر من عمل بها بعده ..... " . ـ الحديث ـ.
ولرد هذه الشبهة نورد الحديث مع توضيح مراد الشارع منه:
ـ عن المُنْذِرِ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيه؛ قال: كُنَّا عِنْدَ رسولِ اللهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم ـ في صَدْرِ النَّهَارِ.

قال: فجاءهُ قومٌ حفاةٌ عراةٌ مُجْتَابِي النِّمَارِ "1"أوِ الْعَبَاءِ، مُتَقَلِّدِي السُّيُوف. عَامَّتُهُمْ مِنْ مُضَرَ بَلْ كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ مُضَرَ فَتَمَعَّرَ "2وَجْهُ رسول الله ـ صلى اللهُ عليه وعلى آله وسلم ـ لِمَا رَأَى بِهِمْ مِنَ الفَاقَةِ. فَدَخَلَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ. فَأَمَرَ
بِلالاً فَأَذَّنَ وَأَقَامَ. فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ خَطَبَ فَقَال:

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمُ الّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ."سورة النساء / آية: 1 .
إلى آخر الآية . " إنَّ اللهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا ".
والآيَةَ التي في الحَشْرِ " يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمنوا اتقوا اللهَ وَلْتَنظُرْ نَفْسٌ مَّا قَدَّمَتْ لِغَدٍ وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ ...". سورة الحشر / آية: 18 .

تَصَدَّق "3رَجُلٌ مِنْ دِينَارِهِ ، مِنْ دِرْهَمِهِ ، مِنْ ثَوْبِهِ ،مِنْ صَاعِ بُرِّهِ ، مِنْ صَاعِ تَمْرِهِ حتى قَالَ ولَوْ بِشَقِّ تَمْرَةٍ .

قَالَ : فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ بِصُرَّةٍ كَادَتْ كَفُّهُ تَعْجِزُ عَنْهَا . بَلْ قَدْ عَجَزَتْ.
قالَ: ثُمَّ تَتَابَعَ النَّاسُ حَتَّى رَأَيْتُ كَوْمَينِ مِنْ طَعَامٍ وثِيَابٍ. حَتَّى رَأَيْتُ وَجْهَ رَسْولِ اللهِ– صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَهَلَّلُ كَأَنَّهُ مُذْهَبَةٌ "4".
فقالَ رسولُ اللهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم ـ:
" مَنْ سَنَّ في الإسْلامِ سُنَّةً حَسَنَةً، فَلَهُ أَجْرُهَا، وَأَجْرُ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِهَا بَعْدَهُ. مِنْ غَيْرِ أنْ يَنْقُصَ مِنْ أُجُورِهِمْ شَيْءٌ ".
ومَنْ سَنَّ في الإسْلامِ سُنةً سَيئةً، كانَ عليهِ وِزْرُهَا ووِزْرُ مَنْ عَمِلَ بها مِنْ بَعْدِهِ. مِنْ غَيْرِ أنْ يَنْقُصَ مِنْ أوْزَارِهِمْ شَيْءٌ .صحيح مسلم / (12 ) ـ كتاب : الزكاة / ( 20 ) ـ باب : الحث على الصدقة ولو بشق تمرة ... / حديث رقم : 69 ـ ( 1017 ) / ص : 241 .
1 " الجَوْب : القَطْعُ . النمار: جمع نَميرة وهي كساء من صوفٍ مخطط.
مجتابيها: أي لابسيها قد خرقوها في رؤوسِهم أي خرقوها وقوروا وسطها-.
"2 " تمعر: تغير.
3 " تصدق: أي ليتصدق فهو خبر بمعنى الأمر.

4"مُذْهَبة: الصفاء والاستنارة.
من شرح الحديث بصحيح مسـلم:
من سن في الإسلام سنة حسنة فله أجرها ..... .
فيه الحث على الابتداء بالخيرات ، وسن السنن الحسنات ،
والتحذير من اختراع الأباطيل والمستقبحات .
وسبب هذا الكلام في هذا الحديث أنه قال في أوله :
"فجاء رجل بصرة كادت كفه تعجز عنها ، فتتابع الناس "
وكان الفضل العظيم للبادي بهذا الخير ، والفاتح لباب هذا الإحسان .
وفي هذا الحديث تخصيص قوله صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم كل محدثة بدعة وكل بدعة ضلالة " ،
وأن المراد به المحدثات الباطلة ، والبدع المذمومة .ا . هـمن سن سنة حسنة:
نجد أن السُّنَّة الحسنة في هذا الحديث هي الصدقة وهي لها أصل في الدين ولكن الحث عليها بالعمل القدوة-..... فيقتدي به الناس، يعتبر سنة حسنة.
وليس إذًا معنى السنة الحسنة أن نبتدع في دين الله أي عبادات ونقول من سن في الإسلام سنة حسنة.
فلا يخصص شهر رجب بصيام ونقول من سن في الإسلام سنة حسنة ..... .
ولا نحتفل بليلة النصف من شعبان ونحييها ونخصها بعبادات معينة تحت ستار من سن في الإسلام سنة حسنة.
فلا عبادة إلا بنص صحيح بفهم السلف الصالح.

The Messenger of Allah " Peace be upon him " said: He who sets a good precedent in Islam, there is a reward for him for this "act of goodness" and reward of that also who acted according to it subsequently, without any deduction from their rewards; and he who sets in Islam an evil precedent, there is upon him the burden of that, and the burden of him also who acted upon it subsequently, without any deduction from their burden".
Hadith Muslim / "12" book of zakat / "20" Chapter: Encouragement to give charity even if it is with half a date……. / hadith number "69.1017" / page "241".

In it, it is urged to start with good things, and sets good Sunnan, and to warn against the invention of falsehoods and ugliness.
And the reason for this talk in the hadith is that he said at first:
" Then a person from among the Ansar came there with a money bag which his hands could scarcely lift; in fact, they could not "lift". Then the people followed continuously".
The great credit was to the initiator of this good, and the conqueror of the door of this charity.
In this hadith, he dedicated his saying " Peace be upon him ":
" and every novelty is a fad, and every fad is a stray".
And that what is meant by false talkers and reprehensible innovations".
END. who sets a good precedent:
We find that the good precedent in this hadith is charity and it has it's roots in religion and but urging her to work " model ", so people follow him, it is a good precedent.
And not if it means good year to create in the religion of God any worships and saying who sets a good precedent in Islam.
So, we not allocated the month of rajab with fasting and saying who sets a good precedent in Islam.
And we do not celebrate the night of half of Shaaban and salute it and single it with certain worships under the guise of who sets a good precedent in Islam.
There is no worship except with a correct text that understands the righteous salaf.
